PCAB Compounding and USP <800>

The PCAB and Infusion Pharmacy workshop is presented by an ACHCU Clinical Team. The workshop provides pharmacy personnel with a comprehensive overview of the accreditation process and a standard-by-standard review of the requirements for meeting compliance with USP General Chapters <795>, <797>, and <800>.

This workshop will offer CEs.

Check-in begins at 8:00 a.m. The workshop starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m.

USP <800> Compliance

Since USP General Chapter <800> became official on December 1, 2019, there has been much discussion among pharmacies about the interpretation of these new guidelines – and the impact on their operations. During this workshop, participants will examine the new standards and discover practical applications.

Specialty Pharmacy

The Specialty Pharmacy workshop provides pharmacy personnel a comprehensive overview of the ACHC Accreditation process under Specialty Pharmacy standards. This course is conducted with a personalized approach and offers valuable insight for attendees either familiar with accreditation or new to the process.

NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be hosting our Specialty Pharmacy workshop live and completely online. Join our industry experts for this opportunity to gain valuable insights into ACHC accreditation from the comfort of your home or office.

The virtual workshop will include:

  • A prerecorded introductory webinar on the initial and renewal accreditation process. You will be able to download and review the webinar prior to a live workshop session.
  • A 3.5-hour live online session. Join our presenters and other attendees for a detailed look at ACHC pharmacy standards, common survey deficiencies, and a Q&A session.

Refunds can be requested before materials are distributed. If materials have been sent but you are unable to attend the workshop, we are happy to reschedule you to another workshop date, at no additional cost.
